Brian Walker, ProHog, former volunteer Razorback Coach and Wichita State Assistant Coach, will return to Northwest Arkansas to join the Perfect Timing Baseball Staff. Walker will run the Perfect timing College League, coach the 17U High School Teams, and coach a USSSA team. He will also be leading programs at Perfect Timing Springdale; such as, the upcoming Summer Camp, the Bat/Running Speed Program, and will be offering group and individual lessons.

Walker was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. He graduated from Tulsa Union High School and went on to earn a degree in kinesiology from the University of Arkansas in 2010. Walker and his wife, McKenzi, have four children, Claire, Joseph, Ryan, and Hannah.

While attending the University of Arkansas, Walker was a three-year letterwinner (2005-07). He played in 164 games, including 145 starts, and hit .260 with 26 home runs and 98 RBI. Walker was also a huge contributor in the field for the Razorbacks, committing just five errors over his three-year career for a .996 fielding percentage. During his career, he played in three SEC Tournaments and three NCAA Tournaments and earned all-regional honors in 2005 and 2007. He also served as team captain in 2006 and 2007. He was drafted in the 29th round of the 2007 MLB Draft by the Anaheim Angels.

Walker spent four years in the Anaheim Angels minor league system, and proceeded to join the University of Arkansas coaching staff.  After three successful years on Arkansas’ staff, Walker followed Todd Butler to Wichita State to be his assistant coach. As the assistant coach at Wichita State,  Walker served as the recruiting coordinator, hitting and catching coach.
